In my 30 years with Fong's, I made it a point to always learn new things along the way through classroom and on the job training to keep up with the changing times.

I enjoy the challenge of working with a wide range of laser technologies such as laser welding, laser cutting and laser marking — while supporting the introduction of many new products. Each project gives me the opportunity to learn, innovate, and apply precision engineering to deliver reliable results.

My work focuses on optimizing industrial processes and enhancing operational efficiency, I collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain systems that drive innovation and improve production workflows

My 17 year journey with Fong's has been filled with learning, teamwork and growth. As a Senior Buyer in the company, I have consistently supported operational efficiency through effective procurement and negotiation with our business partners.
